         С окончанием осеннего сезона в ЛСН, грядут небольшие изменения. В связи "с успешным выходом" Казаков 3, наша лига пришла в упадок. Руководство и близ стоящие, приняли решение о изменение работы ЛСН. Отныне, медали выдаваться не будут, начиная с зимнего сезона.
         Но есть и хорошая новость. Идут переговоры про возобновления проекта "Империя", в новом формате. Желание посодействовать в этом изъявили наши друзья поляки. Скорей всего турнир планируется проводить весной. Для ознакомления.
1.1. League of Cossackers Net (LCN) is a regular online championship on Cossacks-1 (Back To War 1.35 version) consisting of 11 most popular game nominations and held on the basis of an individual and clan competition.
1.2.B. The competition in LCN is conducted on individual and clan levels. The best three players are defined on the basis of the calendar month result on each nomination as well as summary is made for all nominations. The player being first in the tournament table at the end of the month is considered to be the best player of the month at specific nomination. The same concerns the second and a third place. The player of the LCN month is defined on the basis of total points collected in all nominations. The points are given depending on the current place in tournament grid upon the season completion:
1st – 100 points
2nd – 80 points
3rd – 70 points
4 – 60 points
5 – 50 points
6 – 40 points
7 – 30 points
8 – 25 points
9 – 20 points
10 – 15 points
11 – 10 points
12 – 9 points
13 – 8 points
14 – 7 points
15 – 6 points
16 – 5 points
17 – 4 points
18 – 3 points
19 – 2 points
20 – 1 point
The best clan is the one having more points collected by its members taking 1-20 places in the tournament grid by the end of the month. The clan having most points collected on all nominations is considered to be the best clan of the month (clans having minimum 3 active members are considered in this case).
1.2.C. LCN calendar year has 4 seasons each consisting of 3 months:
- winter (December,January, February)
- spring (March, April, May)
- summer (June, July, August)
- autumn (September, October, November)
The player of the season (clan of the season) rating is the summary of player of the month (clan of the month) ratings for the 3 months of the season. The player of the season is the one being on the first place in the rating table by the end of the season. Same concerns the player of the season on each nomination as well as clan of the season.
1.3. If the player hasn't played 7 or more matches on nomination then it doesn’t get the points for the player of the month category and its clan doesn’t get the pioints for this player in the clan of the month category. Along with that the players placed lower the indicated player in the ranking table do not get upper in their positions.
1.4. The positioning of the players in the tournament grid (e.g.: http://newlcn.com/1000/) is defined upon their current number of LCN wins on specific nomination (here 1000 pt 0). The more wins the higher position of the specific player. If number of wins is equal for two or more players, the higher position is taken by the player who has less number of matches played for the moment. All matches both won by T/W and T/D are taken into account. In case, the number of wins and matches are equal the higher position is taken by the player who has better difference of won and lost games. Finally, in case the players are equal on all three indicators, the global player rating will be the prior criteria (the one with higher rating will be on upper position in the table). At the end of each calendar month the results will be summarized (see 1.2B) and current tournament table is refreshed.
1.5. In order to get registered in LCN, the following statement form must be filled out and required topic created at forum. The registration is confirmed exclusively at Admins’ discretion and in view of number of criteria.
1.6. Every player has a right to use his single account only, and has no right to dispose other player's accounts and create secondary accounts (nicks) in LCN.
1.7. The players are prohibited to use different accounts from one computer.
1.8. The players are prohibited to play in the League under other players’ nicks or let others play their own nick in LCN official matches. The League participants shall conduct their matches under their official nicks that is those indicated in the League players’ list, otherwise the administration keeps the right not to accept any specific game result.
II. LCN nominations and rules (Cossacks3).
2.1. In the League matches between players are conducted in two experimental categories with the following rules::

2.2. Matches are played on the official distribution of the game Cossacks3 with a games version;
2.3. It is forbidden to use fashion, making the imbalance in the game component of the game;
2.4. Raids are allowed in all categories;
2.5. Hostilities in neutral territory are permitted to carry out throughout the game for all nominations;
2.6. Participants are not allowed to use black games color;
2.7. In all games in a given match in the League the opponents must be of the same nation, which is assigned to the LCN system by random selection;
2.8. The first title is played, if the players in the same category for two or more games;
2.9. After the set rules for a particular category of play time to the participants of the game need to take a screenshot (F12) and the winner is the player who has more points; if the game was completed early, you must also take a screenshot of the game result;
2.10. Matches are played on the official game servers Cossacks3 the fastest high-speed mode;
2.11. In case of conflict in the game and the inability of their solution by peaceful means, the game begins anew; in case of refusal from the Restart the players (player) forfeit;

2.2. Raids are allowed at all nominations
2.3. War actions can be done at neutral territory during the whole game for all nominations.
2.4. Auto save for all nominations - 4 min.
2.5. Game colors on $$$, 10 pt nomination – any. Game colors at all other nominations except for 5000 pt 30 sea nomination (sea the rules for this nomination) can be any excluding black, white or purple.
2.6. In all LCN matches the opponents must have same game nation. In Ukraine 5000 pt 20 nomination it is always same - Ukraine. In other nominations the nation is appointed by the LCN system in a random way. At 5000 pt 30 sea nomination LCN system appoints specific game map, not game nation.
2.7. The matches on all nominations may consist of 1, 2 or 3 games (depending on nomination). The final score can be 2:0, 2:1 или 1:0 (on specific nominations).
2.8. Using macros are only allowed to order units (drags, boats and so on). Other use cases punishable by a ban on the term established by the administrator of the League.
2.9. LCN Admins may modify the rules of each nomination, introduce new and eliminate current nominations.
III. Appointment of the game, acceptance of challenge, cancellation and result confirmation.
3.1. Player may have simultaneously 2 matches appointed on each nomination (attack and defense).
3.2. In order to make a challenge, first, enter your account. Press the «attack an opponent» button to enable the system randomly select a player out of 5 opponents being on a higher position in the ranking table (in this case, players who are on vacation are not included in the challenge). If your position in the table is higher than sixth, then the challenge range will be extended including players with lower position (extension includes 5 players only). Upon the challenge, LCN system confirms the challenge and informs of the game nation (or a map and colors in case the nomination is «Sea wars 5000 pt 30») in this specific match. If all potentially available players already have their challenges made, you are automatically transferred into a waiting mode. First of the free players will be appointed as an opponent to you by the system appropriately. The waiting mode can be changed only upon the game appointed or through taking a vacation.
3.3. After the challenge, LCN system automatically generates the record about planned game on the league main page, as well as there appears the «Msg» (message) interface for discussion of game time and place. It is required that the player who challenged leaves a message in the dialogue box («Msg») to his/her opponen.
3.5. It the game was interrupted due to technical reasons, it should be finished using auto save option. If auto save doesn’t work or not available then the game should be replayed. In exceptional cases, upon the available results the LCN admins can appoint the victory to one of the players at their discretion considering the game situation by the moment the game stopped.
3.6. The match can be cancelled if the players cannot have it due to time difference or any other serious reason. The mutual agreement o the players is not a basis for match cancellation, there must be considerable reasons for not playing a specific match. The match is cancelled not less than 96 hours since challenge moment. Both players receive TD and number of their current mathes increase by one relatively.
3.7. The match is automatically cancelled if it’s suspended for more than 168 hours (for no rules, 5000 pt 30 and Sea wars 5000 pt 30 nominations the term is 240 hours). Both players receive TD and number of their current matches increase by one relatively.
3.8. The players agree between each other who enters the result. It has no importance who enters the result first: winner or loser. The match score is entered by one of the players and is just confirmed by the other one, in case he agrees with result. The players must come to a mutual agreement about the score so that it is finally entered.
3.9. It is possible to have an Admin’s confirmation of 1-0 score in the nominations played until 2 victories in the following cases: opponents played one game only; second game is not played due to the avoidance of the player who lose first game or his inability to play 2nd game by objective reasons. The decision to confirm 1-0 score is made by LCN admin individually in each case with preliminary game record review and consideration of all circumstances.
IV. Deactivation on LCN, adding to nominations, vacations, TW and TD.
4.1. At any moment, the player can request removal from any or all LCN nomination(-s). In this case, he/or she is considered on vacation but still remains in the League table. Press the required button in your player’s profile to activate vacation (after requesting for the vacation, the player has to finish all his current matches on the specific nomination, without being appointed a new game). The player can be reactivated in any or all LCN nominations and start playing only 24 hours later.
4.2. The players being on vacation by the end of the month are removed from the tournament table of specific nomination in the beginning of the next month.
4.3. The entrance to other nomination is preformed by players themselves from their accounts.
4.4. The player willing to enter the technical defeat result to his opponent (this option is available 48 hours after the challenge) should select himself as a winner and enter the T/W result in the score window of an account interface. It is considered that the player has won with the T/W score and such victory will influence the placement in the tournament table but will have no effect on the total rating.
4.5. Upon confirmation of TD result, the LCN Admins primarily refer to the content of «Msg» interface. When there’s a doubt in the correctness of T/D or T/W, it can be cancelled upon discretion of admins or «kept» in the list of temporary results for 1-2 days and only then confirmed. 72 hours after the TD/TW activation it is automatically confirmed by the system.
4.6. The technical defeat (TD) can be assigned by admins for the avoidance to play or any other unsportsmanlike behavior. if administration consider that any match is intentionally prolonged by one or both parties, one or both parties may be withdrawn from the nomination for the term at least 15 days.
4.7. If player has two TDs in a row, the system automatically assigns him a vacation status (10 days). In this case, both defeats on TD (when player receives TW, and secondly TD) and mututal TDs entered by both players when admins cancel the match (see point 3.6) or system cancellation upon game term expiry are considered.
V. Arguments in LCN and responsibility
for the violation of League rules.
5.1. All disputable situations are considered by LCN Admins, they are neutral
and their decisions are indisputable.
5.2. The Admins can assign the following measures for the violation of current rules or any other abnormal behavior: exclusion from League (ban) for the term at least 15 days, TD, issue of official warning, etc.
5.3. The player preventing an administration from performing their admin rights and duties in LCN can be applied same measures as in clause 5.2.
5.4. The player can be withdrawn from LCN for the systematical violation of rules, preventing League normal operation and extremist actions forever, certain or uncertain period.
5.5. Upon assigning the measure the Admins consider the level of violation, community’s attitude toward the violation, previous behavior and other relevant circumstances.
VI. Responsibility for сheating.
6.1. It is prohibited to use the cheats (сheating) in the league.
6.2. Cheats mean any programs or patches that make imbalance in the game:
- Directly affecting the characteristics of units
- Changing the quantity of resources
6.3. Adminstration of the league individually decides if the patch or program refers to the cheats (except specified cases - see paragraph 6.4).
6.4. Cheats do not include:
- Patch to Denmark.
- Video-patches (from the GSC and the AVAR) that allow to run the game on a new generation of graphics cards.
6.6. For using the cheats player will be immediately excluded from the league indefinitely.
6.7. For spreading the cheats player will be immediately excluded from the league indefinitely
VII. Players' nicks in LCN:
7.1. Nick is the name of the game account of the player including his clan name.
7.2. Nick must comply with perl-compatible regular expression: /^\[?\-?[a-z0-9]*\-?\]?\_?\^?[a-z0-9\_]+\^?$/i
7.3. The length of the nick must not exceed 18 symbols (in exceptional cases by decision of 19 or 20 maximum).
7.4. Nick cannot contain more than 2 underline symbols _

7.5. Forbidden to register a nick which is completely or partially (mostly) coincide with that already available in League.
7.6. The level of nicks' coincidence is defined in an individual way by LCN admin while registering certain new player.
7.7. Players that are already available in LCN by the moment rules 7.5, 7.6 entered into force are not obliged to change their nicks.
7.8. The player has the right to change your nickname at any time, but not often than once a 6 months since the last change. Characters: /^\-[]*_^+$ and so on, and any consoles and additions: mst, tmf, hk, af, etc., is not considered to be a change nicks. The player has the right to change or add a prefix clan only from the 1st to the 5th of each month, inclusive. The player can remove the clan prefix at any time.
7.9. Forbidden to change a nick to the one completely or partially (mostly) coinciding with nick already available in League.
7.10. All nick's changes are recorded in player's profile and will be available for public view.
7.11. Forum nick must correspond to the LCN one. Administration reserves the right to ignore the request player whose nick on forum is different from nick in the league at least one character. Player is in charge for this himself/herself.
VIII. LCN behaviour rules
8.1. These rules includes chatting in LCN game, MSQ, game uploads and their comments, any correspondence with admin or moderator (private, ICQ, Skype, tel etc), LCN forum and all information that player has on the forum (nick, signature, avatar, post, etc).
8.2. Rude behaviour is forbidden.
8.3. Flame is fobidden.
8.4. National and interracial claims are prohibited.
8.5. Violence calls are prohibited.
8.6. Any actions with political-extremist character are prohibited.
8.7. Violation of any of the stated rules may cause an official warning. Systematical violation of rules leads to long term banning.
8.8. Administration has a right to decide any issue at its own discretion even if the specific matter is not precisely indicated in this part of the rules. Posting, avatars and signatures' adequacy to rules are also defined by the LCN administration in an individual order.
8.9. Protesting and arguments regarding accepted decisions of the administration may cause an official warning.
